Where are my files?
In the Files app, under On My iPhone (or iPad) › Convertt. Upload kits are in Convertt › Upload Kits, one folder per kit, so you can attach ready files straight from Files when a website asks for them.
The form says my file is too big. What should I do?
Open the PDF and choose More Tools › Compress PDF (or go to Tools › Compress PDF), then pick the limit the form gives (for example 200 KB). Convertt finds the sharpest version that fits. If it can't get small enough, turn on Grayscale, which roughly halves the size, or remove pages the form doesn't need.
How do I make a photo or signature the exact size a form wants?
Go to Tools › Photo & Signature, pick a preset or add your own with the exact pixels and file size from the form, then choose your photo. For a signature, sign on white paper and take a photo: Convertt cleans up the background.
Does Convertt upload my documents anywhere?
No. Everything happens on your device, and there's no account to create. See the privacy policy.
I forgot the password to a PDF I protected. Can you recover it?
No. The password isn't stored anywhere, so neither Convertt nor we can open the file without it. Protecting a PDF always makes a copy, so check your Library for the original.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Go to Settings › Support Convertt › Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
